En esta oportunidad utilizo como elemento de apoyo en mi rutina una llanta de vehículo que nos proporciona una variante en el movimiento y la forma dinámica de realizar la rutina, además hace que los ejercicios sean más divertidos e interesantes, creándole cierto atractivo para interesarse en realizarlo.
