El día de hoy martes quiero presentar a la comunidad de full deportes una rutina de ejercicios de cardio que al colocarlos en práctica estarán beneficiando nuestro sistema cardiovascular y la salud integral de nuestro cuerpo.

Today Tuesday I want to present to the full sports community a routine of cardio exercises that when put into practice will be benefiting our cardiovascular system and the overall health of our body.
De esta manera la rutina está diseñada para seguir progresando en la meta de bajar de peso y de salir del sedentarismo en el que quizás nos encontremos, la salud es una posesión de las más preciadas y debemos contribuir con nuestro organismo para mantenernos saludables, ya que si lo hacemos nuestra calidad de vida se verá incrementada y nuestro aspecto físico y mental sufrirá una gran transformación a nuestro favor….de esta forma me despido invitándolos a que puedan ver el vídeo hasta el final.
