Ahora entrando en materia de ejercicios les presentare la segunda parte de una rutina divertida e intensa utilizando como apoyo una llanta, este tipo de rutina trabajara músculos que están ubicados en las piernas y en los brazos, es importante resaltar que debemos realizar un calentamiento previo de al menos 11 minutos para evitar lesiones musculares. De esta manera espero que la rutina de ejercicios sea de utilidad y que se anime a ejercitarse diariamente trazándose objetivos propios que seguro con constancia podrá alcanzarlos….saludos
