My Actifit Report Card: February 17 2023(La importancia de un sueño reparador)
There is a lot of talk about the importance of sleep for development as well as for muscle regeneration. What is less mentioned is how necessary it is for a person's serenity and mental stability.
In general, lack of sleep tends to make people irritable and irascible. Add to this a daily life full of stress and it is likely to be an explosive cocktail for the emotions.
That's why I sometimes prefer to stop a routine if the sleep is stronger. I assume that forcing myself to train when the body asks for or demands rest could be counterproductive.
So tonight I'll turn off the light before midnight and sleep until tomorrow. Then I will post this report.
