October 24 2021 - Lovely day for a walk

The weather today was surprisingly warm for late October. We had lovely blue skies and it was the perfect weather for walking. With my parents here with me, we made the most of it.

We stopped on route at a lovely garden centre that I had been meaning to visit for ages. We had a coffee there to break up the walking.

I had already started out fairly energetically as did some gym workout in the morning. I did 25 min on the rowing machine and ended up burning 474 calories.

So overall an active day. I am #alive

Today was also a #win

We have had some very unseasonably warm weather this month and some very pleasant afternoons. I think however, that it's all downhill from here though! 😆
