January 7 2022 - Friday morning run
I got up early and went for a run before work. I felt good this morning and quite relaxed so pushed a bit further than my Wednesday run. It was quite quiet out except for a few dog walkers.
After work in the evening, I had some friends around. It was good to catch up. Haven't had many people around in the last couple of years because of Covid.
Seeing people reminds me to celebrate being #alive
