I decided to take it easy today and recuperate after doing exercise every day for a while.

I did work from home which involves me pacing around the room - jeez, I just can't sit still.

After work, I still had itchy feet so went out for a walk. I took my son and daughter with me too so it was the perfect chance to talk to them.

The photo is the pond and house at the top of the hill behind our house, at the end of the green.

Hey @silvertop - it's always good to spend time with family whilst out walking. I have them walking regularly, next task is to get them on to Actifit and Hive.
