June 17 2022 - Too hot 🔥 🥵

Today was the hottest day of the year so far hitting 32c which is unusual in the UK in June. It was humid and sticky too and felt uncomfortable sitting at home working.

In the UK we don't tend to have air conditioning because we only have a few really hot days each year. Today was one of them and it felt tough at times.

I wanted to exercise first thing in the morning but the heat put me off. Tomorrow!

I did go out for a walk in the evening to at least get my daily steps in. I didn't go out until 10:30 pm so it was cooler and quiet out. My son came with me too.
