March 22 2023 - Morning run before work 🏃‍♂️

I woke up early to go out for a run in the rain. Yeah I know, we runners can be a bit crazy.

I actually found it pretty refreshing and don't mind the rain at all when I am running. Something that I have completely failed to get my wife to understand 🤔

I ran for over 7.5 km and despite the rain and the hills, was pleased with my pace. I didn't want to take any photos in the rain because I didn't want to get my phone wet. So the photo is of my muddy trainers. Except you can't tell they are muddy because of the colours I used using the Pixlr app.
