RE: A Different Approach

You just reminded me of my skating "career". When I was a kid, there were some older skaters in our hood, everyone knew them cause they were freakishly tall identical twins, or should I say triplets, since there are three of them and you couldn't miss 'em haha. I loved watching them while spending my time on the playground, my choice of recreation was basketball at the time. For some reason, I really wanted to try skating. My mom of course bought me the skateboard to try. I went out, ran into the first pothole I could find, and scraped both knees. Decided I like basketball more and continued with my life without ever touching the skateboard again haha. I still loved watching them perform tricks but that was as far as I would go.
