Today when I woke up, I got ready because my duty time starts at 8:30 and I took out my bike and went to my duty. I have to move around a lot during my duty, so there I get a chance to walk and give a lot of blessings to my body. Walking is my great hobby and I often walk, but due to my busy schedule, I get very little time to walk. But the spirit of walking is very young inside me and I want to walk a lot and I am going to walk near future for my fitness.
I know walking is a very good habit because walking cures many diseases and keeps my health fresh.
