My workout session today took just four minutes to complete,four very long exhausting minutes.
I used the Tabatha protocol,inserted in the protocol were some calisthenics,plyometrics and a few rest sessions inbetween.
Apparently it is supposed to jack up your metabolism for 48 hours.what that means is that your body burns calories continuously for 48 hours.
