The report. It was right there. All I just needed was to write and tada! The post is out. However, my body wasn't on the same boat with me. It hasn't been since Sunday as I woke up early to cook, so I'd have something to eat when I got back from the outing.

But, life didn't go as planned. Yes, I went for a walk, I had a lovely day out, and my activity step for the day was accomplished. I came back home, did other necessary tasks before eating, and could have taken a little rest, but the ache in my head wouldn't let me.

My body wasn't just in the same mood as me, and I could have tried to write something, but the headache just won't let me. So, Sunday just ended that way, and the same happened on Monday. I couldn't go out. I only did a little exercise around my home and rested for the rest of the day. The activity report? Gone. I should have felt sad, but I didn't. I knew I was going out for a walk today and knew my body would respond.

It worked. I am here typing away on my keyboard. Though, the ache is still present but bearable. The walk helped, and I had to finally take medication strictly on doctor's orders.

The day was good. Much better than the few days before it, and I hope tomorrow will be better, especially when I have a few tunes to share for #threetunestuesday by @ablaze.
