My Actifit Report Card: May 11 2022

I had other plans for today and take an afternoon walk, but I had to stay at work and did from 6 am to 6 pm.

The deputy manager (complete moron and imbecile) thought I should sandblasting this bull in an hour. From 1 pm to 2 pm. That's unreal.

Certainly on this 19th century machine and with my exhaustion after a whole day of sandblasting. Such a bull, especially on this ruin... machine, is shot for about 3-4 hours. I was on my way home after 2 pm and got into a little argument, but I stayed. I finished it at 4:30 pm and cleaned up the workplace. Then I sat down, because I had had enough.

Everyday. Over and over again. They could fix it eventually. Once upon a time, there was no such crap after a whole week of work. It's starting to piss me off. I have to waste 40 minutes to clean this muck.

When I got home (I don't know by what miracle) I fell on the bed. Everything hurts, especially my muscles, from these vibrations. Almost 12 hours of vibration have a negative effect on the human body. My head is spinning, I can barely walk and I'm fed up.
