My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2023
Dzisiaj zostałem dłużej w robocie do godziny 18:00 i nie mam na nic siły. Jestem wypompowany. W sumie to dobrze, bo postanowiłem w tym roku schudnąć (w końcu). Wyczerpanie organizmu i deficyt kaloryczny dają o sobie znać. Ale tak to jest jak się zjadło skromne śniadanie w robocie tuż przed godziną 6:00, a potem przed 19:00 po powrocie do domu. Ale co najważniejsze, nie żrę nic słodkiego. Póki co od Sylwestra nie tknąłem nic słodkiego. Jestem ciekaw ile wytrzymam. Jak byłem na urlopie w lipcu, to wytrzymałem miesiąc. Trzymajcie kciuki.
Czuję się jak koleś z tej piosenki. Niknę w szarości. Mam dość, idę spać.
