My Actifit Report Card: November 8 2023

What did you do today? A co miałem robić? To samo co zwykłe od 12 lat. Dniówkę zacząłem od 3 godzinnej rozgrzewki i ćwiczeń, czyli przepychania maszyny ze zbrylonego śrutu, który jak namoknie, zmienia się w kamień. Bo nie chciało się nic zrobić z cieknącym dachem, a było zgłaszane rok temu na jesień. Kurwa, czasu nie było, żeby uszczelnić dach. Ale żeby najebać roboty, to mają czas. Tym bardziej, że jest planowany remont, a raczej zakup nowej maszyny. Słyszałem, że mieli zacząć w sierpniu, a jest już listopad. A jedyne co zrobili, to zdjęli jedyny kaloryfer ze ściany, który grzał i teraz muszę robić w kurtce zimowej.Po przerwie śniadaniowej nadrobiłem trochę roboty i miałem o 13:00 dość. Nawet nie posprzątałem maszyny po skończonej pracy, bo nie miałem siły.

Po południu jak wróciłem z roboty, to padałem na ryj, dosłownie. Wszystko mnie napierdalało , mięśnie rąk, nóg, głowa. Zrobiłem sobie drzemkę do godziny 17:30.
