My Actifit Report Card: March 20 2024
Hola de nuevo Actifit, en un nuevo reporte, ayer hice una caminata normal a la vereda, como la mayoría de días, fué un día bastante productivo, entrené duro y lo disfruté, me hacía mucha falta porque el lunes no entrené y esos momentos de tranquilidad, de mucha explosividad, me hacían falta, y más mis compañeros de entrenamiento.
Entrené dominadas, flexiones lastradas, caminé de casa a la vereda, tomé algunas fotos y regresé a casa con la charla en conjunto a un amigo, fué excepcional, un día totalmente productivo. Gracias por ver mi reporte, nos vemos en un próximo reporte. 🔱⚡🪽
Hello again Actifit, in a new report, yesterday I did a normal walk to the sidewalk, like most days, it was a very productive day, I trained hard and I enjoyed it, I really needed it because on Monday I didn't train and those moments of tranquility, of a lot of explosiveness, I needed it, and more my training partners.
I trained pull-ups, push-ups, walked from home to the sidewalk, took some pictures and came back home with the talk with a friend, it was exceptional, a totally productive day. Thanks for watching my report, see you in an upcoming report. 🔱⚡
