My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2023
What was supposed to be a day of basketball turned into indoor workout due to rains.
Make it rain
Only managed to get a few shots up as it literally rained.
Indoor we go
I worked 3 sets of 10mins each for cardio alternating between the treadmill and elliptical machine.
Pump it up
After cardio i worked out my chest using a press machine. Also doing inclined dumbell press and flat bench flys.
Pop art
Kicks for today is the kd14 pop art. Its a good hoop shoe and has very solid performance for me personally.
ice ice baby
Knee was sore after a pretty good workout and cardio. Had to apply some ice gel packs to relieve possible inflammations. Lol.
