My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2023

After a couple of days of sunshine. We’re back to rains again.

Was unable to do any workout activites but it’s alright as my household chores were enough to give me the daily steps i needed.

My sporty kicks wont be seeing any action today. But I hope we will have better weather tomorrow.

Now dont get me wrong i love it when it rains so i could sleep all day. Plus the weather is cold. But yeah maybe not as of recent or during times when i want to work out a sweat.
