Glad to be back with an update after a long break! My main exercise today was on the spin bike. Shout out to Alex Toussaint for a great class. I was actually a little over 10k steps today, but my Fitbit doesn't pick up the spin class. I'll have to figure out how to track spin more accurately. Happy Moving!
