I spent a lot of time at the pool today, but I never went swimming. The kids and swim and dive practice in the morning and a dive meet at night. In-between, I did some chores at the house and spent some time helping some family unpack from a recent move. I didn't think I did a lot until I noticed how many steps I had at the end of the day.
