My Actifit Report Card: June 22 2025

I played in a hockey game this morning. It was a tough, 3-1, loss. I had a nice assist, but needed to play better to win. It was still a blast and great exercise. I spent the rest of the day helping some family members clean out their old house. We generated a ton of garbage and are donating a lot to a thrift store. Only a few days left until that project is done.
