Hoy les comparto una #receta para preparar: Un delicioso y nutritivo almuerzo de carne guisada con arroz y plátano hervido. Este almuerzo es ideal para fortalecer el sistema inmunológico a fin de combatir virus o enfermedades , también aporta energía por su contenido en potasio, además ayuda al desarrollo y crecimiento de los huesos por ser una fuente natural de proteínas .

PROCEDIMIENTO
Inicié limpiando el arroz y lavando con abundante agua , luego en una olla con agua y sal llevé a fuego alto hasta cocer.
