With the first light of the new week, I mounted my bicycle, the cool morning air flowing through me like a gentle call from nature, urging the spirit toward renewed order. The path I rode seemed to be both outward motion and inward awakening. Thereafter, I devoted myself diligently to the day’s work, whose hours passed in steady flow. As evening approached, the world sank into gentle silence, and I found peace in stillness, where thoughts settled like leaves in the wind — a gentle fading of the first day, in rhythm with the passage of time.
