My Actifit Report Card: 7️⃣/2️⃣/2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣

Started early with a bike ride, slipping in those kms before the heat turned the air thick and almost unlivable — even in the morning, it was already pressing down hard. As the sun climbed higher, the heat settled in for good, leaving me no choice but to retreat indoors and wait it out. By evening, the only escape was to unwind in the garden, finally catching a little relief in the fading light. To top it all off, I managed to snag another win in the DUO tipping game, a small bright spot that made the relentless heat feel a little more bearable.
