Daily walking and little cleaning day 41
Good morning actifitters 👋
Yesterday was a very intense day for me after 3 days off, I had so much work that I wondered if I would finish it, this tension naturally had a negative effect on me since the morning and my day was not going well at all, I tried to be a little more positive in order to I turned things around, I almost succeeded 😁
Today, Bailey and I got up at 7 o'clock and went for our morning walk around the neighborhood, we chose a different route.. we passed by some buildings that had like a grove in front of them, it was very nice, there were discarded packages in several places, which we collected and threw away at the designated ones places
these are some pictures from yesterday, I decided to go to the gym to do a quick one-hour workout to use up the bad energy and tension I had accumulated, maybe after that I had a better idea
Then I indulged in my favorite Stongo Protein Bars
then I had to go to the garage to drop off the car I was working on over the weekend and pick up the new one
