Good morning actifitters 👋
Yesterday was a great day off. I had put my phone on silent. And I decided to put some boundaries between work and family time, so I wrote my new hours. Which will be Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm: 30 hours. Saturdays and Sundays will remain completely days off to spend time with my family and friends..

As I notice a negative impact on my family, my workaholism combined with my clients who do not respect either days off or working hours could lead to a breakup of my family which I will not allow to happen so I was forced to set a boundary.yesterday again I had 8 missed calls and over 6.8 enquiries.Which I didn't answer..I will answer today in my working hours


Otherwise, we decided to go for a walk in Ikea, basically we went for something specific, we had decided to buy a small desk, in the end we bought the desk that we liked in the catalog... We walked, we ate


here is my princess, she got the gift she dreamed of for a long time, namely this octopus, which can change its mood from smiling to sad

I feel you need to set up a boundary so your clients will know your working days and the days for your family
Don’t mix them up cos if you do, you’d only realize at the end of the day that all you did was work and not have time for your family
