My Actifit report card 14.07.2025 Running day

Hello everyone. Yesterday was my third run, as I said after a many-year break... It's still very difficult for me to get into a rhythm and my weight is weighing me down, now I'm 95kg.. Before when I was running I was 75kg... The plan for the third run was 10km, but unfortunately.
I went to bed very late last night and didn't manage to get up very early. I went for a run around 8 am and I was at work from 9:30 am, so I only ran for 56 minutes and covered 8 km, so by 9 am I already had 15,000 steps.I plan to run 3 times a week, depending on how I feel, hopefully everything will be fine and I can start getting in shape.
