My Actifit Report Card: October 19 2025 + 23k evening run

Hallo actifitters

Yesterday my day didn't start the way I had planned, as per tradition for the last month every Sunday morning I run a 21km half marathon. but it turned out that this Sunday my wife is at a pregnancy event from 10am to 2pm and so our schedule changed, I stayed to sleep, and she even went for a walk with Bailey, and my daughter and I slept well.

We woke up at 9, I hadn't slept that well in a long time, Bailey wakes up early for a walk every day. After we got up, my daughter and I did a dictation, she did great, I was pleasantly surprised, but she's already in 2nd grade.

Then I made her breakfast, she really liked it, we had breakfast together.

Then around lunchtime we decided to take Bailey for a walk outside, the weather looked great, we went through the shop to get a drink and continued on.

The walk was very nice, Bailey played, my daughter and I also had fun.

and at 2 p.m. we had to be at the mall to pick up my wife, we stayed to eat at the mall and then went to a nearby park so we could take advantage of the nice weather

Then we went shopping and came home... I got ready for a run, because it was almost evening and I was planning to run 21km.

I decided to make it harder for myself, so I went to the park and 7 of the kilometers I ran were on a trail.

Time passed, the kilometers too, this time I felt pretty good, I hadn't put in much effort and I felt good, it got dark and cold... this time I felt good and ran 23km but I had the strength for more, but it was already late and so I finished with 23km after 2 hours and 34 minutes of running.

After I got home, I immediately took Bailey for an evening walk, because if I had stayed home, I wouldn't have felt like going out.And so my Sunday ended, it was a nice day and I kept my promise from Saturday to spend the whole day with my daughter.
