My Actifit Report Card: September 25 2025

Hallo actifitters

Yesterday was a great day for me, I managed to achieve my best time PR 26:07 5km, so far, my best time was 27:21min. I am very happy with myself, my goal by the end of the year is to get under 25min for 5km.. I have only been running for 2 and a half months.
