Good morning from my end and is a pleasure to welcome you back to the English Premier League week 19 as things get tougher. When other leagues are on break, the English Premier League keeps the vibes on as actions are seen, dramas are displayed and things are done in quick sessions.

It is the weekend review and it can be done better once the sports oracle is in the hood. The big boys keep to their words as 30 goals were scored across 7 matches while we lost 3 matches to Covid19 outbreak.

The table topper Manchester City made history as 9 goals were scored against Leicester City in a mouth-watering encounter which is the first time on boxing day to see 9 goals recorded in a single match. The Gunners made it so easy as they put 5 goals against Norwich City that are still rock bottom. Tottenham Hotspur still remain unbeaten under Antoine Conte as they defeated Crystal Palace. West Ham United lose at home to Southampton in 5 goals thriller. Chelsea got back to winning ways they ease past Aston Villa with the return of Romuel Lukaku to maintain their top 4 hopes. Brighton defeated Brentford in a match both sides needed to win to secure all 3 points but Brighton had the upper edge over the opponent. Results do not lie and you can take a glance at them below.

Monday night was one of the matches to look out for as Manchester United was not in action in Mid-week and we expected them to go home with the 3 points but Newcastle United had other plans as they share the spoil with Manchester United at St James Park.

Week in and week out, matches keep flowing in, mistakes happen, and overtaking is allowed as the table keep changing its position.

Matchday 20 is looming around as I will bring you the preview before the match kicked off. I am your favorite sports pundit and you can call me the sports oracle.

How is it a preview when you are sharing the matches after they happened? This is just a recap.

I am sorry for that but it is what it is because before the match is called preview and after the match is called a review. It was a mistake from my end but it is corrected now.
