Are you a Silly Billy?
It is important that no matter how busy you are, you make time for the ones you love even if it is messing around.
The thing is while being silly and messing around may seem like a waste of time the result is we build memories and laugh a lot.
Laughter is actually very good for you and helps to keep you healthy.
Plus wrestling with a relentless endless energy filled crazy 5 year old also helps keep one fit and healthy.
So you have to be a Silly Billy it is for the good of your health.

Or just turn to the person next to you and start being silly.
Don't stop till your laughing your head off.
Trust me it's science somewhere and will make you live longer.😉

Today I also did yoga, some walking and a few jobs around the house, I set up a gas stove for the wife and purchased her a new phone charger.
She was happier about the phone charger 🤣
