Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community SWC, en esta ocasión les traigo haciendo freestyle con mis compañeros en el parque, un día de entrenamiento poco común para hacer Dinámicos ya que pocas veces todos no lo hacemos. En el cual estará en práctica y mejora de combos nuevos. Sin embargo, faltaron algunos compañeros como @alexdro-sw @farfer-sw @danielrivas741 y @yisus-sw pero estaba la mayoría.

Fue un día perfecto para dinámicos, porque estaban todos, había mucha motivación, público, intentos de combos nuevos y intentos de nuevos atletas en el parque.
