My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2022

Today was my day off from work.

I spent the morning helping my son-in-law tend to a broken-down vehicle. We ended up getting it towed to a repair shop.

I came home and worked on the computer for a while.

The kids came over in the afternoon and stayed for dinner.

I spent time playing with my grandson.

That always helps with my activity count.
