My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2022

Today was my off day from the office.

I started my morning with a doctor's appointment, then I went and did my early voting.

My daughter and grandson came over this afternoon. My daughter made dinner.

The rest of my day was spent working on my computer.

It was a relaxing day, and I was still able to get my minimum activity count.
