My Actifit Report Card: November 15 2022

Today, we buried my mother-in-law. It was an awesome service celebrating her life.

Most of us ended up back at my father-in-law's house, where I spent some time playing with my grandkids and grandnephew.

All in all, it was a decent activity day but emotionally draining.

I did exceed my minimum activity goal.
