Today was my last day in the clinic before the weekend.
It was moderately busy but at a steady flow.
Still seeing a lot of strep and sinus infections.
I did manage to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day.
Next stop: the weekend!

What does a sinus infection mean?
Please tell me
The sinuses are air filled spaces around your facia area and are part of the upper respiratory system. They can begin to fill with fluid and get inflammed causing congestion, drainage and cough. Headaches are very common as well.
It is a typical winter ailment.

Strep and Sinus infections! Is it because of the extremely cold weather?

It is more common in the winter months with all of the dramatic weather changes we have had recently. It is treatable and will generally run it course in 7-14 days.

The kids came over for breakfast then we worked on a few things outside as it was a beautiful sunny day.
