My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2024
Today was a very busy day at my medical office.
In addition to a heavy patient load, I also had a significant amount of paperwork to complete.
Busy days do go by quickly but they can be quite draining.
I did manage to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day, so it wasn't a total loss.
