Friday was a grueling day at my medical office.
Don't get me wrong, I love my job and cannot imagine doing anything else.
But, sometimes it can get intense
The good thing was it was Friday, and that leaves me with the weekend to recover and focus on other interests.
I did manage to get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day.
