My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2024

Today was Monday and as usual for a Monday, it was very busy.

I am not seeing much illness these days. I am seeing quite a few sports physicals and school physicals as well as age related vaccines.

In a few weeks, the kids will be back in school and I will start seeing more minor illnesses. Kids really like to pass around germs.

Activity wise, I did get in my 5000 minimum activity for the day.
