trying to be back in track
Nowadays, due to being very busy in life, I regret that I am not able to post Activate posts daily, but it is equally important to pay attention to my health first. Sometimes I am forgetting to open you, so even my steps are not being accounted for, that is why I was not posting but now I am thinking that I will try again, I will not do the same old thing again. Can get back into routine.
Ever since I have stopped following the morning routine, my status level has increased a bit and many more problems have started appearing in front of me, so it would be right to say here that there are really more benefits of going in the morning and as soon as my If I remain completely healthy, I would like to adopt morning routing again.
There are many benefits of going in the morning, one is that your mood remains good and your mind also remains engaged in work if you do yoga or meditation. Exercising in the morning brings a different kind of energy to the body and the feeling of energy remains throughout the day. Many people go to the gym at night, but in a way it is right because all your fatigue and mental stress of the day goes away, but exercising in the gym in the morning has different benefits.
Recently I have come across many cases in which people who used to go to the gym had heart attacks and died instantly. Nowadays food habits are also a big reason for all these things. When people start going to the gym, they start consuming different types of proteins and many other things and that does not suit anyone.
So if you want to keep your body healthy then you should exercise for half an hour in the morning. Even if you go to the gym, reduce the use of other substances besides protein because it also causes harm.
