My Actifit Report Card: August 28 2022

For the first time I crossed 7k. Today was not so activity intense.

I started the day with a walk around the hospital. It was difficult to stand up and so I said I was not going to give any excuse. I got up to 4700 steps.

Then all my activities summed up to the remaining 2k.

So today was just a chill day. I went to work and met this little cute 3 year old who after meeting me said she wanted to be a doctor.

She played around with the stethoscope on my table.

That was all about my day.
