Hi guys

Today was like every other day. Although, I was able to wake up very early.. I didn't skip because I woke up at 6am.

I called my study buddies and we started study group at exactly 6:10am.

We rounded up by 7:45 and I trekked to catch the bus by 8am.

I didn't see any patient and basically sat through the day

To make up for that, I decided to walk from the front of my estate to my house.

I also didn't eat more than twice. I had a 10 hour fast in between.

I think I am also losing weight which I am trying to achieve.

I need to pick up my self so I can start jogging daily but for now I will be enjoying my little progress.
