My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2024

Today started with me waking up early and brisk walking by 6am. That got me to about 2500 steps. I told myself that I was going to take my exercising a bit more serious. So I have done two days now but let's see what happens. I hope it gets better.

Afterwards, I went to work. I was totally sedentary at work. Didn't get more than a hundred or maximum 200 steps.

Then I closed from work and then decided to walk back home. That took about 15minutes.

In all I guess, my aim should be to push it to 10k steps a day by the end of January
