Highlights of Game week 4

We are half way through game week 4 and a lot of things are beginning to unfold. The truth is the premier league is a test of endurance.

Today, we can see that the league table is taking shape as the usual top 6 are beginning to take their positions and the weaklings are moving down.

Although Leicester and Westham are struggling to et their feet, I feel West ham will eventually meet up. I am not so sur of Leicester. On the other hand,, Liverpool outdid themselves today scoring 9 goals. They were in their best form. I also think it was a result of a build up of anger.

Manchester United seems to either be picking up or they were lucky with a goal today. I think the new set of defenders are better and not playing Maguire is a wise decision. I honestly feel that Maguire will end up like Phil Jones.

Manchester City are really doing their best to try to top the league table but Arsenal have proven to be unstoppable.

Raheem sterling saving the day and bringing Chelsea forward was another major highlight for the day.

Roberto Firmino has to be the player of the week and the most underrated player in the league

I remember telling a friend that Roberto Firmino's place as a striker gives the team shape as he is one of the most liberal strikers in the EPL.

If you recall the club world cup against Chelsea, you would remember that it was when he came in that Liverpool was able to win the game as he gave the assists required to win the game.

I actually think he is the one who is the underdog responsible for some of Liverpool's victory.

What he doesn't have in speed, he has in passing and striking. He reminds me of Benzema when Ronaldo was at Real Madrid. Benzema will always feed Ronaldo with passes. I remember seeing a highlight of a clear chance for Benzema but he later passed it to Ronaldo and, of course, the goal machine netted it.

I think Firmino might rise up to the task if he is given a chance to.

3 assists and 2 goals was a remarkable performance.

Arsenal has improved so much

At first, seeing Aesenal having a half time draw made me doubt a lot. I felt the end of the unbeaten run was here. My problem was the fact that the substitutes were not really amazing and a second-half turn around might not be feasible. However, they came out with a very good result at the end of the second half.

I might be rooting for Arsenal this season. Even though its too early to judge, I am happy about their start . It also feels like their mentality has changed. This could possibly be the effect of Odegaard and the new Mancity intakes.

I also feel Odegaard is building a name that will be recognised very soon. I just feel that Arsenal might loose him to Barca when he becomes very relevant.

Haaland is a great baller.

Haaland has shut everyone who doubted his abilities. A lot of people had said that he was not going to do well. Some people are of the view that He won't outscore Ronaldo.

Well, I think he is already doing well. I also think with the midfield players he has, failing is more like an impossibility.

This is where I feel Ronaldo got it wrong. Ronaldo should have gone to Manchester city. If he had gone, he would have won the Balon dór atleast 2 times before he retires as the supply is so much. Sad for him as Ten Haag is bent on frustrating him now.

I guess your environment tends to affect your result.

I guess thats all for now.

Lets see how tomorrow goes .

Thank you for reading.
