I know I have said it more than once that I admire your consistency.

I just have a question. Why did you become so consistent in running?

What's your motivation?

I really want to have something to look up to to keep my consistency

I started running in my late 40s as I was feeling unfit and out of shape. Once I started then I began to enjoy it. Finding parkrun later on was another incentive as I could see improvements. I spend all day working at a desk, so it is good for me to get outside. I can explore the local area whilst listening to podcasts.

You have to find your own motivation that may be different.
