My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2022
Got a really nice late night workout in after work tonight. Felt freaking amazing in there. Did a ton laps on the agility ladder. Got some work in with the floor sliders and some other med ball core work. And I even lifted a little weight. Focused on getting moderate weight overhead for reps more than anything. Just felt really good though. I can already feel my energy changing after these last 2 workouts…
