My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2023
Awesome day in the gym working on my shoulders. Not a ton of weight, more focused on keeping my shoulders healthy more than anything else.
I’ve also found some new things to mess around with on my health app. I saw some new data that it might be interesting to see how it changes from day to day.
I really want to work some other apps into this post as well but we’ll have to wait before we get into any of that. Actifit is definitely my favorite app in the move to earn corner of web3 but there are definitely others that wouldn’t fit into my routine of doing things on chains that I’m already familiar with…
But for another day…
