I had a pretty cool day overall though. I took the day off from the gym today. I got back on the treadmill for a run yesterday and it was rough. Looking forward to getting some consistency with my cardio after focusing on my strength training for a bit. But I’ll definitely fill you all in on how it goes to tomorrow. ✌🏾
