Got through my first day of CDL training nice and smooth. Looking forward to the opportunities this will open for me but for now I’m locked in! 📖🚛
It’s was another cardio day in the gym though. I did it all on the treadmill today. I just ran 3.5 miles today. I’m planning on dialing it down tomorrow though doing both the treadmill and the bike. I’ll definitely let you know how it goes! ✌🏾
